JoAnne M Estus

JoAnne M. Estus, 72, of Ridgway, died on Saturday, February 18, 2023, at her residence.

She was born on April 6, 1950, in Ridgway, a daughter of the late Sherman "Beanie" and Lena Assalone Russell.

JoAnne was a lifelong resident of the area and was a member of St. Leo Magnus Church. She worked at the Ridgway Record, Ridgemont, and Girton's Greenhouse. She spent her free time doing puzzles, playing bingo, and taking trips to the casino.

JoAnne is survived by her husband, William P. Estus of Ridgway, 2 children: David Zawatski  and Denise Zawatski of Ridgway, a sister in law, Dee Russell, a niece, Renee, and a nephew, Brian.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Gene Russell.

Services for JoAnne M. Estus are being held privately by the family.

Burial will be at St. Leo's Cemetery.
