Leah R. Wolfe

Leah R. Wolfe, 73, of 128 Wolfe Lane, St. Marys, died Sunday, December 19, 2021, at Penn Highland Dubois after a brief illness.

She was born July 4, 1948, a daughter of the late Odo and Ruth Higgins Valentine.

On October 25, 1969, at St. Marys Church, she married Larry Wolfe, who survives.

Leah was a lifelong resident on St. Marys and a graduate of Elk County Catholic. Leah owned and operated Wolfe Flower Shop for many years. She enjoyed baking and making big meals for the holidays. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother, spending as much time with them as possible.

In addition to her husband, Larry, she is survived by 2 daughters: Erin (Chris) Martini of St. Marys and Keri Wolfe (Shaun Richards) of St. Marys, 3 grandchildren: Daelin, Gianna, Corbin and an expecting grandson. She is also survived by 3 sisters: Mary Jo Barns of Colorado, Cindy Shefcyk of St. Marys, and Michelle Smith of Philipsburg, and one brother, Pat Valentine of St. Marys.

Funeral Service for Leah R. Wolfe will be held Tuesday, December 28, 2021, at 10:00 AM at St. Marys Church, 315 Church Street, St. Marys, Pa 15857, with Rev. Peter Augustine Pierjok, OSB, officiating.
