Lucille E. Unick

Lucille E. Unick, 95, of Maple Heights, Ohio, died on Saturday, February 27, 2022, after a lengthy illness.

On March 5, 1926, in Ridgway, she was born the daughter of the late Chester and Lena Piccirillo Christoff.

On June 7, 1950, she married the late Victor Unick, Sr., who preceded her in death on Sept. 21, 2010.

Lucille was a graduate of Ridgway High School Class Of 1945 and was a member of St. Monica Church in Garfield Heights Ohio. She enjoyed cooking, reading, and following the news.

She is survived by one son, Victor Unick, Jr. of Maple Heights, Ohio, and one daughter, Marcellia Unick of Maple Heights, Ohio, and also an aunt, Dolores Westphal of Erie.

In addition to her husband and parents, she is preceded in death by one son, Christopher Unick, one daughter, Patricia Unick, 4 brothers: Chester Christoff, Jr., Samual Christoff, James Christoff, and William Christoff, and one sister, Marie Dagastine.

A Memorial Mass for Lucille E. Unick will be celebrated at St. Leos Catholic Church, 111 Depot Street, Ridgway, Pa 15853, on Thursday, March 10, 2022, with Rev. Justin P. Pino, Pastor of St. Leo Catholic Church, officiating.

Interment will follow in St. Leos Cemetery.

Friends and family will be received at St. Leos Church on Thursday, March 10, 2022, from 10:00 AM until time of service.
