Renee Y. Russell

Renee Y. Russell, 49, of 426 Ash Street, Ridgway, Pa, died unexpectedly at her home on Thursday, February 17, 2022.

She was born April 25, 1972, in St. Marys, a daughter of Stephen Knight of Ridgway and the late Vicky Boderco.

Renee was a lifelong resident of Ridgway.  She was very artistically talented and enjoyed crafting and bead work.  She also enjoyed spending time outdoors, especially fishing and golfing. 

In addition to her father and step-mother, Stephen and Deborah Knight, she is survived by four children; Dustin (Cassandra) Stiever of IN, Shannon Stiever of NC, Stephen (Emma) LaPlante of SD, and Logan Russell of IN and by four grandchildren; Lucas, Salem, Otto, and Dallas.  She is also survived by two siblings; Edward (Elizabeth) Knight of St. Marys and Michelle (Albert) Ramos of TX.

A Memorial Service for Renee Y. Russell will be held on Thursday, February 24, 2022 at 11:00 AM at the Krise Funeral Home with Rev. Justin Pino, officiating.

Family and friends will be received at the funeral home on Thursday, February 24, 2022 from 10:00 AM until the time of the service.

Memorial Contributions may be made to a charity of choice.
